3. Explore how relationships impact the talent acquisition team's success or failure.
This will be an interactive session that will focus on developing a high impact talent acquisition function. During our time together we will take a strategic and operational journey through the recruiting team's impact on business and performance outcomes while remaining cost effective and effective. Differentiation and a high touch process is king and we all want to win the best talent. Talent acquisition alignment and relationships will play a key role in your recruiting team's success or failure and ultimately your organization's competitive advantage.
Teela Jackson has successfully partnered with organizations to identify, attract and acquire key talent. She is Vice President, HR Search with Talent Connections and has enjoyed a progressive career with the firm since 2005. She leads the HR Search Practice.
Teela received the Atlanta Business Chronicle 40 Under 40 Award and is a member of the 10th class of honorees. She is a member of SHRM and serves as SHRM Georgia District Director. She has been an active volunteer leader with the largest city chapter in the country, SHRM-Atlanta, for 15+ years. Teela was the first African-American female President of SHRM-Atlanta in 2014 and the founder of SHRM-Atlanta's HR Young Professionals Community.
She has been featured in print, online and appeared on TV news.
Teela earned a MBA from Mercer University and a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in HR from The University of Tennessee at Martin.
