Session Description
We have a crisis in leadership. We burn through extensive resources training leaders to run effective organizations and satisfy the needs of all stakeholders. Yet bajillions of employees still feel unloved and disconnected. So what do we do? We take action! Run a survey, create a plan, hold a meeting! Many meetings!

But action is not a solution, and often it makes things worse. Sometimes we don’t need leaders to DO as much as we need them to BE. They must get better at holding the emotional and physical space of leadership. Because in an Experience Economy, no one cares how much you know until they know how much you care.

In this interactive session, the audience will examine the question, “What if Leadership was a Core Business Strategy?” What would need to change and how might outcomes shift if we prioritize leadership presence and competence for the sake of the employee experience?

You might not like the answer, but it’s not a mystery!
