In this session, participants will engage in a conversation about talent acquisition; reviewing the key phases of the selection process. Specifically, we will discuss the roles of the human resources leader, the hiring manager, and the recruiter, and the importance of cross-functional collaboration. Recruiting and selection is not solely the responsibility of the staffing team, ultimately it is up to the hiring leader to build his/her team, with the support of HR and recruiting. Together we will identify strategies for flawlessly executing your organization's recruiting practices.
Tiffany Kuehl has over two decades of HR and talent acquisition experience, enabling her to bring unique industry insight to her work. She has held high-level talent acquisition positions within manufacturers including, Donaldson Company, Honeywell and MTS Systems. She serves as the Director of the Minnesota Society for Human Resource Management State Council (MNSHRM), held multiple roles on the Twin Cities Human Resource Association (TCHRA) Board, and served on the Advisory Board with Minnesota Recruiters (MNREC). Her love for connecting HR talent with the right opportunities makes her an ideal partner for clients and candidates alike.
