TITLE OF SESSION
Happy Crap: Peace, Love and Positivity
1. Explore the benefits of positivity.
2. Determine personal energy sources and drains.
3. Understand the components of a job map.
Human Resource professionals are being asked to improve engagement, understand business objectives and do more with less. Where's the peace and love in that? Everywhere! You have tools within your reach to improve business objectives - sales, customer ratings, and productivity - while you take care of your most important resource. Want to know the best part? Positivity practices (and understanding) are not only good for the organization and individual team members but they are good for you! In this workshop, you will learn about positivity and what it does, hear about strategies to bring more positivity into your business and practice powerful techniques that will benefit you and all those around you. Oh, and did I mention ... it will be fun!
What if you have attended a Happy Crap workshop in the past, should you attend? Yes! You will revisit some techniques but will also learn new positive approach strategies. Today HR professionals are being asked to unleash their organizational wizardry so be prepared to learn some systems analysis, explore your personal peace and love bank account, and of course, make up Happy Crap.
This workshop is for HR professionals, vendors, and partners at all levels. Everything you do - and everything everyone else does - is affected by the amount (or lack of) positivity used.
