Learning Objectives

What if conflict is an opportunity, not a problem? What if conflict improves engagement and performance? The truth is - conflict is full of positive properties, development opportunities and creative magic. So, how do you unlock the greatness of conflict and manage difficult people? With peace, love and HR of course!

In this workshop you will deepen your understand of what makes a person difficult. You will gain conflict (difficult conversation) communication strategies. And, you will discover that HR tools and strategies can be leveraged to bring out the benefits of conflict.

Here are some questions for you to ponder:

• Does conflict need to be resolved?
• Are difficult people really the problem?
