But...its legal. Last November Ohio joined the rising number of states to legalize recreational marijuana. Home growing marijuana became legal on December 7, 2023. Since then, the clock has been ticking when it becomes available for sale at licensed dispensaries throughout the state. Just like the time when medical marijuana became legal HR and workplaces must understand the law and how to address any employees that may choose to use recreational marijuana. Tony will provide comprehensive updates on the ever-evolving landscape of recreational marijuana laws. He will explore recent legislative proposals and emerging trends in recreational marijuana laws, offering valuable insights into the implications for employers.
