When and where is the 2025 Ohio HR Conference?

You are invited to "Animate HR: From Concept to Creation! - the 2025 Ohio HR Conference.

We're returning to staying at Kalahari for 2025! We're offering an IN PERSON conference PLUS an ON DEMAND option to experience any missed sessions for up to 60 days after the conference ends!

We'll be holding the conference at the Kalahari Resorts Sandusky from September 24-26, 2025 for two and a half days of superior programming in a great (onsite!) venue. Onsite attendees will enjoy the conference at the resort AND and will have the option to obtain additional recertification credits via the ON DEMAND platform for any missed sessions. The ON DEMAND option will be available for up to 60 days after the conference ends.

What is included in my conference registration?

Your conference registration includes all materials, the conference app, access to sessions via ON DEMAND, and the following meals:

Wednesday: Access to the open house on Wed (drinks/ hors d oeuvres)

Thursday – light breakfast, boxed lunch, and Social events (dinner and entertainment)

Friday – light breakfast /plated lunch

Will there be a conference app this year?

Yes, there will be a conference app for the 2025 Ohio HR Conference. Confirmed attendees will receive a link to download the conference app approximately a week before the conference.

Will conference sessions be eligible for recertification credits?

Yes, the conference program committee will be submitting conference sessions for recertification credits from both SHRM and from HRCI. We'll communicate the approved number of recertificiation credits once that information is known.

Will the conference offer an ON DEMAND option?

Yes, the 2025 Ohio HR Conference will be offering confirmed attendees access to most sessions. Sessions are available for viewing and for certification credit up to 60 days after the completion of the conference. There may be several sessions that will not be recorded and therefore not available for ON DEMAND. The conference schedule will note any sessions that are not available for ON DEMAND.

Will there be volunteer opportunities at the conference?

Yes, the 2025 Ohio HR Conference will offer volunteer opportunities for confirmed attendees. Attendees will be sent an email (w/link) to view opportunities once that list has been developed. The volunteer link is also displayed on the home page of the Ohio HR Conference Website.

Can we purchase the attendee data/lists?

• No. We don’t not EVER sell our attendee data. We provide attendee lists to our registered Exhibitors/Sponsors only. Our committee will NOT email or call you to sell attendee lists under any circumstances.
• We will send out the PRE CONFERENCE REGISTRATION LIST on Friday 8/29/2025. The FINAL REGISTRATION LIST will be distributed a few days after the completion of hte conference.

Where do I send my bag stuffer (if exhibitor signed up for bag stuffer sponsorship)

For the 2025 conference - we're recommending that 800 pieces be shipped for the bag stuffer sponsorship. Please ensure that the materials are RECEIVED at Kalahari no later than Monday, September 24, 2025.

When is set up and tear down for the 2025 Ohio HR Conference?

1. 1. Set up 9/24/25 from 8am-4pm (Exhibit Hall Welcome Reception begins at 5pm)
   2. Tear down 9/26/25 after 3:00 pm

Where do we park when we arrive?

You may park at the convention center end of the resort to be near the convention center, or park near the resort side, if you prefer to park closer to your hotel room.

Either is acceptable.

What is included in our booth?

1. 6’ skirted table, 2 side chairs, 1 waste basket, 1 booth identification sign.  Wireless internet is available at Kalahari.

Will we get a list of attendees?

1. Yes, we will send you a list of registered attendees and their contact information approximately 3 weeks before the conference, and then again approximately one week following the conference (to capture any late registrants).

Is there a lead tracking system exhibitors can use?

1. Yes, we will be using MightETrack for this event.  MightETrack is the ultimate in conference lead generation application for exhibitors to use before, during and after a conference. The tracking system will gather and store information on attendees and provide actionable information on prospects met at a conference or event.

How many company representatives can we have in our booth?

Your booth registration comes with passes for 2 people. Additional passes may be purchased as we get closer to the conference.

When will attendees be in the exhibit hall?
