Learning Objective
  • Create a space for HR Leaders to explore and reflect on ways to transform HR
  • Discuss thought-provoking strategies how to drive transformation with reworked solutions
  • Leave ready to shift the norm of making difficult discussions a normal and necessary part of HR strategy
  • Session Description
Change can be difficult, unsettling, and uncomfortable but the cost of not has been proven high time and time again, and organizations stuck in the same old conversations have an unprecedented opportunity. Past challenges stemming from COVID and beyond demand a better equipped HR function that is more responsive, innovative, and employee-centric. If learning is defined as a change in behavior and transformation the thing that needs to change, it’s time for HR to start driving positive outcomes with reworked tools employees truly need and the courage to put them into practice. No more PIPs and annual performance reviews, being reactive to conflict, one-size fits all employee policies, siloed HR functions, ignoring employee feedback, neglecting DEI, AND no longer should HR have to accept that many of the line managers for whom we are responsible are not great with people – some even not be to around other human beings for prolonged periods! In this session, the presenter will highlight solutions the future of HR will need to successfully rework the right tools and right solutions to turn problems into sources of learning and transformation.
