Thomas Mobley, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, is a seasoned HR educator, consultant, and author with over 30 years of experience. His passion for teaching began nearly 40 years ago when he collaborated on a labor-management training program with a Miami University professor and an FMCS Federal Mediator. This ignited a lifelong commitment to developing the next generation of HR professionals.
