    Michele Cuthbert is founder and creative director of Baker Creative, an award-winning marketing and brand management firm founded in 2003. She was one of eight agency women to receive Chief Marketer’s Market Like A Mother Award and is founder of The Office Mommy blog. She was included twice in the Ohio Business Magazine Ohio 500 -- listing 500 of the most influential people in Ohio -- and profiled in the Hispanic Stars Rising: Volume III book. She was an adjunct professor at Columbus State Community College, Capital University and the Columbus College of Art & Design. She was named to the Columbus Business First 40 Under 40 and recognized by Columbus CEO. Cuthbert has decades of experience working with leading brands including OhioHealth, Jiffy, Benary, Metro Health, Bowling Green State University, McDonald’s, Ohio State University Hospital, the Columbus Crew, the Columbus Blue Jackets, Cooper Tires, NAPA and Visit Florida.
