Session Description
This session is built to help organizations shift from a deficit-based approach to a strengths-based development model, empowering neurodivergent employees and unlocking their full potential.

During the lesson, attendees will group together in small groups (based on where they're sitting) to practice strength-mapping for three examples of neurodivergent talent. We'll debrief and discuss the solutions they created in their groups and share unique approaches to supporting and developing neurodivergent talent.
