Participants explore their unique leadership identity using CliftonStrengths® and CoreClarity® to understand what drives their effectiveness and how to lead authentically. Next, learn about building trust through vulnerability and emotional intelligence, applying “The Three Zones and Five Safeties” model to strengthen psychological safety. From there, leaders learn to embrace honesty and make conflict a positive force for innovation and progress.
By making conflict an ally leaders learn to delegate effectively—fostering commitment, clarity, and career growth for their teams. Then learn systems for mutual accountability that ease the leadership burden while enhancing performance. The final element demystifies strategic planning, teaching leaders how to choose and measure goals that deliver real results.
Each area provides concrete deliverables—from team trust surveys and accountability frameworks to strategic planning templates—ensuring concepts translate into action. Organizations benefit from improved communication, reduced conflict, higher engagement, and measurable growth in leadership capacity.
