As a licensed attorney and employment law expert, I am deeply committed to advocating for marginalized employees and fostering equitable workplaces. Having personally faced race and gender bias in my own career, I draw upon my experiences to fuel my professional mission. My courtroom prowess lies in speaking up for those silenced by workplace discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. I firmly believe that every workplace should be safe, welcoming, and inclusive, and I have dedicated my career to ensuring that minorities are seen, heard, and respected at all levels. With a decade of experience on the plaintiff side of the law and expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion, I offer a unique perspective and a proven track record in advancing workplace rights. Additionally, as the first Black President of the National Employment Lawyers Association of Illinois, I am proud to lead by example in promoting equality and justice in the workplace.
