Management of any business requires a flow of information to make informed, intelligent decisions affecting the success or failure of its
operations. No matter the role an employee holds in a company, it is vital that everyone understands the impact that their decisions have on the
bottom line and sustainability of a company.

This session will help anyone, no matter their level understand the principles of finance and their importance to an organization. Susan Ruhl,
President and CFO of ICC, Inc. will engage and teach the importance of knowing the numbers.
