Jennifer Payne is a 20 plus year HR professional who is currently the Director of Human Resource for Links Unlimited, Inc , who provides comprehensive solutions tailored to the corporate promotional and incentive markets, located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Her previous position was an HR leader of a global consumer goods production company that was a joint venture with a pharmaceutical company in Italy and P&G.

She currently sits on the local SHRM chapter, CincySHRM as the college relations chair, she has been on the board for 9 years. In addition to volunteering on the local chapter, Jennifer is the current Ohio SHRM Council Certification Director.

Jennifer’s main passion is her family which includes two adult children (their significant others and puppies) and her two dogs.
